From the splendid array of architecture in the Raisina Hill area, to the rickshaws riding past the Red Fort and Chandini Chowk, cultural attractions can be found at every turn. An excellent example is the Moonlit Square, one of Delhi's most lively areas, sporting the city's largest marketplace which features jewellers, spice merchants, food vendors and workshops as well as palatial residences, a setting which epitomises Old Delhi.

TAJ MAHAL, AGRA Often described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love, the Taj Mahal's construction took 22 years and required a 20,000 strong workforce. Amazingly graceful from almost any angle with semi-precious stones inlaid into the marble in beautiful designs, the beauty of the Taj Mahal has to be viewed in all its grandeur to be believed.

PALACES, FORTRESSES & TEMPLES The tour enables you to discover the architecture of civilisations through the age by not only visiting but residing in distinguished palaces. A notable example is Rambagh Palace which remained the home of the Jaipur royal family until 1957, when it was first converted into a luxury hotel. Now a Taj Hotel Resort, it is the jewel in this iconic hotel group's crown.
